About Harold Teel

Harold Teel Watercolor is my passion and palette knife oil painting is my release. Watercolor is elusive at best and presents a challenge at each turn of the brush, and when light can penetrate the paint to the paper underneath and bounce back to the eye, a radiance results that cannot be achieved through other media. Since my areas of interest are diverse, my art subjects vary greatly. However, I consider myself a realist which comes from so many years of architectural practice. Simply put, art and architecture are products of the senses which become the reality of my work.
